Love what you do, do what you love.

“I strive to create with my hands what transcends the purely ornamental, objects that are expressions of our connection and our humanity.”

Artist Statement

I describe my work as avant-garde. I make pendants that are small vessels, inspired by those worn historically for practical purposes (holding spices, scents or small tools). My pieces, rather than being utilitarian, tap into the powerful role that jewelry plays in connecting us with others and in expressing something about who we are. They’re designed to hold something important, to express something about us and to provoke conversation. I hope the work I make enhances feelings of connection and self expression.
